This team commits to establish a self-sustaining, income generating food source for around 500 poverty-stricken/malnourished Nepalese villagers.  Utilizing available unused local ponds, the team will create small commercial fish-farming collectives owned by women in the village, thereby providing these women with revenue, creating infrastructure with a portion of the proceeds, and diversifying local food sources.
