RESOLUTION PROJECT

Become a Guide

Many of our volunteers serve as Guides and Mentors, empowering our Fellows as they launch their social ventures, while also lending support as advisors and sounding boards guiding our Fellows into the next stage of their personal and professional endeavors.

Our Resolution Guide Program

The Guide program is our premiere volunteer opportunity. Guides, typically early to mid-level professionals, serve as a virtual mentor to one or more of our Fellow teams—acting as coaches, advisors and sounding boards during the launch and implementation of our Fellows’ social ventures. In addition to helping our Fellows navigate through the challenges of launching social ventures, Guides fully embody our mission by supporting the personal and professional development of our young leaders.

Guide Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience post college graduation
  • Ability to commit 6 hours a month (approximately 1.5 hours a week)
  • Minimum commitment of 2 years to The Resolution Project
  • 1 reference

From Our Guides

“I LOVE working with Resolution Fellows. Every conversation is a pleasant reminder that, regardless of age, expertise, financial means, nationality, religion, gender, etc., we all have the ability and responsibility to have a positive impact on our communities and, in turn, the world. Now that’s inspiring!”
Tanya Perkins
“The Resolution Project is providing support to the most innovative young social entrepreneurs around the world … Becoming a Guide was a natural way to support the community and to work directly with amazing social impact leaders.”
