Lucy is currently a graduate holding a bachelor’s degree in development economics majoring in economics and she is an alumna of Makerere University, Uganda. She is the head of finance and planning at Plastoils Uganda. Her expertise lies in financial modeling, business proposal designing and financial management. She has been notably engaged in several capacity building programmes aimed at empowering women in her community through small scale businesses and farming. She believes that not everyone has the capacity to effect change henceforth an obligation for her with the capacity to effect the change she wants to see drives her to involving in anything that can impart social change and create a better atmosphere for humanity to live. She values empathy, humility and kindness.
