Patience Akello is the Co- Founder of Banana Bliss Uganda. She pursued a Bachelor of Arts with Education from Makerere University. She is a teacher, a profession she chose in order to fully involve herself with the community, and preach about equality and inclusion while putting in mind even Persons with Special Needs. She loves chasing her dreams, and holds several leadership positions. Many things motivate her to make social change. In her case, she will not always seek to lead or have any bigger role as a leader, “she leads in anyway”. She offers help, shares experience, gives opinion, and gives advice when asked or not. She shows high impact of drive, objectivity, critical thinking, presence of gratitude, and she always strives for a common goal that’s, “seeing everyone winning”.
