Ocaaki Francis is a 3rd year Student Pursuing Bachelor of Commerce and Majors in Accounting at Makerere University in Uganda. In the fight against Ebola, he volunteered with Uganda Red Cross Society Kabarole in Ebola Virus Risk Communication in 2018, COVID 19 Risk Communication in Kabarole and Blood Donor Recruitment. Also with Rwenzori Forum for Peace and Justice that fosters the culture of peaceful coexistence, access to justice and respect for human rights. As a transformative leader, he was the General Secretary of the MasterCard Scholars association at Makerere University and conducted a successful scholar’s giveback project in 2021. He is the Co-founder of Pearl Api a venture that empowers students and their families through training them in bee keeping to generate income and remain in schools, alleviate poverty and generate employment for the Youth. He is determined to uplifting Students attain quality education and transform the continent and the world at large. He loves classical music.
