Rutendo Ngwena is a young Zimbabwean woman who is passionate about youth development and building sustainable communities.

She is the founder of The Flow initiative Zimbabwe, which is tackling challenges related to sexual reproductive health for young girls and women in Zimbabwe. This initiative provides free education and information on reproductive health issues, creates pathways to easier access to healthcare services, and provides basic supplies that girls and women require to lead normal lives such as sanitary wear. Through this initiative, Rutendo seeks to promote good health and wellbeing for women and eradicate inequalities generated from the lack of sufficient provision for the various needs of women.

She holds a BSc (Hons) in Business and Management from the University of Derby and a Diploma in Management and Leadership (Level 5) from the Chartered Management Institute, a stepping-stone on her path to becoming a Chartered Manager.
