Bonnie is the Co-Founder and CEO of Lensational, which aims to empower women through photography. Bonnie has received awards for Lensational in social venture competitions globally, notably in Amsterdam, Seoul and Melbourne, and is one of the 15 students to be endorsed by the London School of Economics for the Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur Visa, allowing her to bring her social enterprise, Lensational, to Europe. Bonnie has received global media coverage for Lensational in the Guardian, TEDx, Mashable and the South China Morning Post.
She is now based in London, also working as a Consultant at The Social Investment Consultancy, a leading social sector consultancy where she helps charities including Save The Children and World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts to maximise social impact through financial sustainability. Prior to London, she gained valuable insights on cross-sector collaboration through her diverse working experiences, ranging from big corporations like HSBC, to international NGOs like Amnesty International and Equality Now, to the government. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Born and raised in Hong Kong, she has studied and worked in Denmark, the United States, Singapore, Pakistan – and now the UK. Recently, Bonnie was included on the 2017 Forbes “30 Under 30 Social Entrepreneurs” list for Europe.
