Charity Ainembabazi is a finance and development professional passionate about community impact and girls’ health and wellbeing. A graduate of Makerere University with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance, she is the CEO and Founder of Choice Pads Limited, a social venture improving menstrual health through affordable, quality menstrual products and education.

Originally from Kazo District, Charity has led initiatives raising awareness about puberty, menstrual health, and hygiene in schools and communities. She combines financial and analytical expertise with strong communication and leadership skills, using both to advance meaningful, community-driven impact for girls and young women.
