Ainembabazi Charity is a recent graduate from Makerere University with a bachelor’s degree in commerce, accounting major. She is from Kazo district and also CEO and co-founder Choice pads limited, a social venture aiming at improving the menstrual hygiene of girls through providing quality and affordable single use sanitary towels.

She is well known for her love and passion for community giveback, health and wellbeing of girls especially those that have attained the age of puberty. She extensively contributes to creation of awareness about bodily changes especially those that affect young girls such as menstruation periods. Charity has the ability to articulate difficult concepts and texts. She is not only very good in in communication with high level of proficiency in English language but also she is very good at managing teams. She is also currently a trained first aider volunteer with the Uganda Red Cross society, Mbarara branch. She served as the Assistant General Secretary MFABU- an organization that unites alumni of the Mastercard foundation scholars’ program at brac Uganda. She also loves entrepreneurship and owns a mobile fashion plug for trench coats and operates a small watch business around Makerere University. She recently attained a certificate in ‘entrepreneurship in emerging economies at Harvard’ university.
