Natalia is the CEO and Founder of Trifecta Content Studio, a Digital Marketing Agency that provides the perfect mix of PR, Marketing, Press & Social Communications for businesses worldwide. She is also the VP and Co-Founder of Going Master, an account management and consulting company that aims to improve products, services, and processes to facilitate more profitable and efficient solutions for e-commerce businesses all over the world.

As an undergraduate, she led the 2012 and 2013 teams of Universidad de Navarra to the Harvard National Model United Nations conference and was part of the Youth Summit of Millennium Development Goals Council representing her country, Costa Rica.

She is also a Resolution Fellow since 2013 with the social venture Connecting Children, which aims to provide quality education to children in rural areas of Costa Rica. As of 2018, Natalia joins the team of Guides from Resolution Project and in 2020 she became part of the inaugural cohort of the Resolution Project Fellow Council.

Natalia has a bachelor’s in political science from the University of Costa Rica and another one in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Navarra in Spain; with specializations in Global Communications and Project Management.
