Sydney St. Clair-Douglas a Trinbagonian national born in the British Virgin Islands is currently a finalizing student at the University of the West Indies Mona Campus in KingstonJamaica, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relation and Spanish. She is passionate and resilient with a keen interest in personal development and even more so interested in the development of those around her and society at large. She is also fascinated by languages, architecture, and interior design and has a flair for fashion. At age 22 she is a former student’s Guild council member and Hall chairperson. Although the world has changed, she is not daunted by the current limitations of the pandemic and she seeks to broaden her knowledge base and experiences and realize ways in which she can truly contribute to enhancing the lives of others. Wining the Resolution fellowship at the HNMUN2021 staging is truly an outstanding avenue to do so. Upon graduating her aim is to obtain a job in foreign service and in the future, she hopes to pursue a Master’s in organizational behavior.
