Olatunji Lincoln Oladayo is a student at United States International University-Africa, majoring in International Relations and focusing on foreign policy and diplomacy. He is a Mastercard Foundation scholar at USIU-Africa, a global peace ambassador under the international organisation Global Peace Chain, and a Rotary Youth Leadership ambassador in Abuja, Nigeria.

Olatunji is one of the social venture challenge winners for 2023, which made him a resolution fellow. Lincoln Olatunji is the founder and executive director of the Poverty and Disability Initiative in Nigeria, also known as PADIN. In 2023, Olatunji was awarded as the most outstanding Mastercard Foundation scholar at USIU-Africa and the Most Innovative Project award winner 2024, and he is the president of the Pan-African Student Union (PASU).

His inspiring success story was published among the 35 African inspiring stories of success in the book titled “What Achievers Do”. A book written by John Suzyo Banda.
