Brenda Benedict Maembe is an undergraduate student at EARTH University in Costa Rica, with a strong passion for agricultural sciences. She is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences, and she is expected to graduate in December 2023. Brenda is a dedicated and driven individual who has received the prestigious MasterCard Foundation Scholar Program Scholarship at EARTH University, Costa Rica.

During her academic journey, Brenda has gained valuable experience in various fields. She served as a production manager for an on-campus chocolate production business and food processing project at EARTH University. In addition to her academic pursuits, she has demonstrated her commitment to community development through voluntary work in Tanzania, participating in initiatives such as the ILO Seminar and the KISA Project.

Brenda has earned several awards and honors throughout her educational career, highlighting her dedication and commitment to her studies. She is a multilingual individual, fluent in English, Spanish, and Swahili, and possesses a wide range of skills, including leadership, drone operation, tractor driving, welding, wood construction, and organizational abilities. Brenda is a well-rounded and accomplished individual who is poised to make a significant impact in the field of agricultural sciences and beyond.
