Sasha is an international student from Ukraine studying at Allegheny College in Pennsylvania. She majors in Business and double minors in Psychology and Mathematics. Currently, Sasha works as a social media manager for several organizations, utilizing her creativity and marketing skills. Further on, she is hoping to pursue a career in project management, where she will operate on social initiatives.
Being a Resolution Fellow is also one of Sasha’s emphases. Her overall passion for social entrepreneurship has been strongly influenced by the forced emigration crisis experienced by her family: with the full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022, most of her close ones’ had to leave their homes. Eventually, this tendency has “inspired” Sasha to create a mental health application “Wheat,” dedicated to assistance for refugees around the world through gamified psychological therapy.
