BIO

Nicholas Toronga is a third-year student pursuing a major in Finance and a concentration in Business Analytics at McGill University. Born and raised in Zimbabwe, Nicholas is an active community builder. Apart from co-founding ExlAfrica, Nicholas was actively involved in Zimbabwe as a facilitator at LUT- a social enterprise that won the 2011 Harvard Innovation Challenge. A MasterCard Scholars Program Student Council Representative for McGill University, Nicholas is also a student ambassador for the Clinton Global Initiative. His entrepreneurial drive has propelled him to co-found a fintech startup, FamKeepa, that won 2nd Prize in the McGill Dobson Cup for Entrepreneurship (Innovation Driven Enterprise) and the 2nd Prize at the Williams College Business Challenge in the US. He is very passionate about business, technology and helping society and is excited to be joining the Resolution Project Fellowship.
