Born in Ghana, Cobby Amoah is passionate about healthcare delivery around that world. This drive led him to found Peach Health, a mobile electronic medical records company dedicated to using health data to diagnose disease and predict outbreaks. Peach is currently operating in Ghana.
In the U.S, Cobby runs Obaa Inc, a telemedicine platform that connects general practitioners to specialists through video calls.
Prior to Obaa and Peach, Cobby worked as a software developer with Self-Help International and a public health intern with the Franklin General Hospital. His research focuses on healthcare policies in emerging/BRICs countries, and the intersection of mobile technology and healthcare delivery.
He is a Member of the Annual Clinton Global Initiative, Massachusetts Institute of Technology GFSA and a Harambe Pfizer fellow.”
