Travis Batty is General Counsel of Carta Capital Markets and Director and Deputy General Counsel of Carta Inc. Carta provides infrastructure solutions to innovators, private companies and investors including cap table management, fund administration, valuation and liquidity. Travis is a graduate of Harvard College with a degree in economics and attended the University of Virginia School of Law. Before Carta, Mr. Batty spent his legal career at Deutsche Bank AG and Sidley Austin LLP. Mr. Batty is also an avid pinball player.
