Ryan Sparks is the founder and CEO of sport-based experiential education company that provides programming on four continents. He is a creative leader and experiential producer that works to empower others to drive long-term growth. Ryan leads a team of 13 (60 during summer) educational professionals, Division I coaches, and Olympians to combine human-centered service design with experiential education in order to create deeply personal transformative experiences. Ryan coached Olympic and collegiate rowing at Yale prior to starting his company and building three niche markets while growing revenues 91% a year the first five years.
