Paulina Frias is the Director of Finance at Resolution Project, joining the team with over a decade of experience in the nonprofit and corporate sectors in the operations, finance, and HR functions. Paulina is dedicated to mission-driven work and working with youth to find and implement future solutions. Paulina was born in Valparaiso, Chile, is a CUNY Hunter College graduate with a BA in Media Studies, and holds a SHRM-CP certification.
