Mike Dougherty is the Global Chief Operating Officer for Deloitte. He provides the leadership, management and vision for Deloitte’s operational controls, technology, procedures, and people to deliver financial strength
and position the business for growth. Mike is a member of the Global Executive and chairs the Global Operating Committee.

Mike holds an engineering degree from Lehigh University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Outside of Deloitte, he is an Advisory Board Member of Chicago Children’s Advocacy Center, which
provides comprehensive support services to victims of child abuse and their families and a Board Member of The Resolution Project.

Mike lives in Chicago with his wife and two children. In his free time he enjoys golf, traveling with his family, and Chicago sports.
