Bella Roussanov (she/they) is the new Program Manager of the Guide Program at Resolution Project. In this role, she will manage the Guide Program and support Guide recruitment, engagement, and program improvement efforts.

Prior to joining Resolution, Bella spent four years working at The Trevor Project, where they most recently oversaw data, reporting, and workforce management for the volunteer crisis counselor training program. She holds a BA in History & Literature with a focus on ethnic nationalism in Eastern Europe from Harvard University.
