As People Strategies Lead at SYPartners, Andy works closely alongside People and Talent leadership to shape and lead initiatives—from hiring and onboarding to learning and performance management—that impact all employees. Additionally, he is one of the firm leaders of DE&I.

Andy holds an Ed.M. in Technology, Innovation & Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a B.A. in English with honors from NYU. He has been recognized as a Dalai Lama Fellow, HGSE Equity & Inclusion Fellow, and Startingbloc Fellow.

Andy is an avid tennis fan and now calls Baltimore, MD home where his partner is completing their medical residency.
