Reformation Community is a pan-African NGO empowering youth to lead grassroots change through skills development, mentorship, and leadership training. With a mission to equip 1 million young Africans to implement community-based projects by 2050, the organization turns Africa’s youthful population into a force for innovation and social transformation. Its flagship initiative, the University Chapter Program, operates in 16 universities across West and East Africa with over 600 members. These student-led clubs offer practical training, industry-linked challenges, and project support in areas like health, climate, legal literacy, and education, ensuring young people gain the tools and networks to drive local development without needing to leave the continent.
