LadyLeads empowers unemployed Burundians (75% women, 25% men, aged 18-25) who have completed or are completing secondary education. Through comprehensive entrepreneurship training and mentorship, we equip participants with the tools to launch sustainable businesses, simultaneously advancing gender equity in leadership roles and fostering economic growth in their communities.
