Otoniel’s sister was born with a learning disability, which inspired him to create a program to educate, treat, involve, and create a community for children with learning disabilities in Sumpango, Guatemala.  The venture will deliver basic education to the children while providing them with a safe place to play and learn.  In a community in which disabled children rarely leave home, are often shunned, and at best have no specialized additional educational resources, Otoniel’s program will be a crucial part of including these children in the community. Recently, the venture was proud to report that each one of its students has a sponsor, which signifies not only additional income but also a loyal base of supporters.
