The Fikisha ujumbe mashinani project is a community driven initiative aimed to mitigate information deprivation in the rural areas of Kenya by establishing community information centers (CIC). The community information centers is designed to have the following components:
1. A community library to expand access to quality education resource
2. A computer lab to strengthen digital literacy among the community members, and
3. A video conferencing facility to improve and enhance community engagement.

Through a strong community partnership, the project seeks to empower over 10,000 students annually and contribute to inclusive, sustainable local development.
