Asociación Venezolana para Mujeres en Derecho (AVEMUD) equips female law students with the necessary tools to succeed in the male-dominated Venezuelan legal field, through workforce empowerment programs and forums provided by successful female lawyers, fostering community and representation to ultimately diminish the gender gap and glass ceiling in law firms.
