The Resolution Project to Host 5th Annual Geraldine Acuña-Sunshine Young Leaders Now Award Dinner in NYC

The Resolution Project will host its 5th Annual Geraldine Acuña-Sunshine Young Leaders Now Award Dinner the Harvard Club of New York City, recognizing inspiring leaders who began successfully changing the world while still in school.

The event features a beautiful sit-down dinner with a short award program and a cocktail hour featuring a live jazz band. This year’s event will honor Karim Abouelnaga, Founder & CEO of Practice Makes Perfect, and Reeta Roy, President & CEO of Mastercard Foundation.

Over 150 business and community leaders are expected to attend an evening celebrating youth leadership, social entrepreneurship, and the work of Resolution Fellows who have benefitted more than 1.5 million people around the world. Previous honorees have included Louise Langheier, Co-Founder and CEO of Peer Health Exchange, Shiza Shahid, Co-Founder of The Malala Fund, Nicholas Logothetis, Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of Concordia, Geraldine Acuña-Sunshine, Founder of World Model United Nations, and Jacqueline Novogratz, Founder and CEO of Acumen.

Proceeds raised will benefit The Resolution Project in its work with young leaders who are empowered as undergraduate students to create sustainable solutions to the world’s most pressing challenges.
