Valeria is the CEO and Co-Founder of Trifecta Content Studio, a digital marketing, e-commerce, and PR agency for businesses worldwide. Throughout her career, she’s worked as a journalist, community manager, and communications specialist in both public and private organizations.

She has a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Journalism from the University of Costa Rica, where she graduated with honors. As an undergraduate, she was selected top of her class at the Punto y Aparte journalism program and her story on social and economic inequality in Costa Rica was awarded the first prize and was featured in political documents during the country’s fiscal reform discussion.

She’s been volunteering for different organizations such as Aldeas Infantiles SOS Costa Rica, where she leads workshops on soft skills, graphic design, and marketing for teens.

Valeria is passionate about storytelling, human behavior, and the data that explains it. As a kid, she dreamed of a better world. As a professional, she strongly believes in the power of communication to achieve it. And since life is all about balance, she follows her passion for music as a DJ in her free time.
