Tulisha Malichi is a Zambian agricultural development practitioner focused on transforming food systems and improving livelihoods for smallholder farming communities. As a Resolution Fellow, he co-founded Solganic, a Resolution Fellowship-supported startup that helps smallholder farmers in Zambia improve productivity through regenerative soil health practices. Tulisha graduated with honors from EARTH University in Costa Rica, where he received the institution’s highest distinctions recognizing academic excellence, ethical leadership, and commitment to service. He currently serves as a Young Board Member at Eye For Nature.
