His academic credentials include a BA Psychology, MBA with concentration Information Systems Management and Ed.D for Adult Education. He is a thought leader in the space of higher education and web technologies. He works to build long lasting relationships through regular engagement, accountability and common goals fulfilled. He is currently a small business owner of Chatbot Genius, LLC and operates a School of Direct Response Marketing.
