Gregg “Toby” Garcia is a Program Manager for The Resolution Project. In this role Toby works to manage and oversee Resolution’s Social Venture Challenges both international and domestic, building relationships with Resolution’s program partners, and onboarding Fellows from our Social Venture Challenges. Prior to joining The Resolution Project, Toby worked with NextGen America in Nevada to organize, mobilize, and educate student voters on important social issues and ballot measures on college campuses across Northern Nevada. In this capacity, Toby also worked closely with state legislators to advance important legislation that increased access to education for students in the state. Toby graduated The University of Nevada, Reno with a BA in Political Science and a minor in Philosophy.
