He has concentrated on IT General Controls Review, IT Application Controls Review, Post Implementation Review, Key Reports Review and Data Analytics.

Tinashe is a classical musician, a former member of Harare Youth Orchestra and Harare Youth Choir. He is passionate about youth development, contributing positively towards the question of Transformative Leadership.
