Temitayo (Temi) Ifafore is the Health Workforce Technical Advisor at USAID operating out of the Office of Population and Reproductive Health. In this role, Temi provides technical assistance on human resources for health, capacity building in leadership, management and governance, and systems strengthening. Temi’s background is in healthcare administration. Prior to her work with USAID, Temi worked as the National Program Director for Health Career Connection, a workforce development start-up in California. In the past she worked in Panama (Johns Hopkins Medicine International) and Ethiopia (Clinton Foundation HIV/AIDS Initiative). She has a MPH in Health Management from the University of Michigan School of Public Health and a BA in Socio-Cultural Anthropology from Yale University.
