Stephen J. Quinlan is an associate at Foley & Lardner LLP.  Prior to Foley & Lardner, Stephen worked as an associate at Bingham McCutchen LLP.  Previously, he clerked for Hon. Richard M. Berman in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.  Stephen has significant international development experience, having served as a volunteer in the Peace Corps in El Salvador from 2004-2006.  After his Peace Corps service ended, he remained in the capital, San Salvador, to serve as the director of a bilingual school.  Stephen remains passionate about international aid and public service.  He received his law degree and bachelor degree from Harvard University.
