Stephanie Owens is a relationship manager at Bloomberg LP covering hedge funds and focusing on the firm’s strategic ESG initiatives. Prior to her current role she was the President and Managing Consultant for Tolar LLC a financial consulting company she owned and operated. She started her professional career at Lehman Brothers (then Barclays) advising and interacting with ultra high net worth clients

Stephanie is passionate about her philanthropic and creative endeavors and serves on the National Board of Directors for the Slovenian Union of America, is the active President of the NYC Branch of the Slovenian Union of America, leader of the New York Junior League, the New Membership Advisor for the Kappa Kappa Gamma Advisory Board, mentor with the Leeds Professional Mentorship Program, a Guide Leader for The Resolution Project and was formerly the Editor in Chief of the Wagner Review and a Junior Board of Trustees member for the New York Restoration Project.

In 2018, Stephanie earned her Master’s in Public and Non-Profit Management with specializations in both Social Impact, Innovation and International Health Policy from the Robert F. Wagner School of Public Policy at NYU. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business Certificate from the University of Colorado-Leeds School of Business.

She has run the NYC Marathon once and the Chicago Marathon twice, holds her Level 1 certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers, is a PADI open water certified diver and studied abroad for a semester in London, England.
