Cheboi is a development-sector leader with over ten years of experience in youth leadership development, organizational development and project and donor management.

She actively mentors young African leaders with: Emerging Leaders Foundation–Africa, Global Give Back Circle, and Global Mentorship Initiative.

Through her passion in Organizational development, she has worked with nascent organizations to strengthen their systems, structures and policies, towards effectively achieving the vision and mission.
