Stefanie’s experience includes 10+ years of operational and progressive leadership experience in high-growth leading e-commerce companies, established travel operations, and fintech startups on their way to IPO. Her roles have spanned across marketing, program, and technical product management roles in Germany, the UK, and the US. Spinning up strategies and seeing the big picture is something she particularly enjoys. Throughout her career, she relied on the mentorship of a few trusted leaders and the exchange with many capable peers and team members. That brings her to the Resolution Project. Outside of work, she enjoys being in the US Pacific Northwest mountains and traveling.
