Scott is a Vice President at Fortress Investment Group and Chief Compliance Officer at Mount Kellett Capital Management.  Prior to his position at Fortress, Scott was a Director of Compliance at Mount Kellett Capital Management.  Prior to Mount Kellett, Scott was a Compliance Manager at Avenue Capital Group.  Scott holds a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School and a Bachelors degree in Communications from the University of Georgia.  Mr. Justin is also on the Directors Council of Coney Island Prep School and actively participates with the Clinton Foundation.
