Rita Gail Johnson is the Chief Operating Officer of Resolution Project. She has oversight of the organization’s operations, programmatic efforts, financial management, staff performance, and goal setting.
For much of her career, Rita was a management consultant, advising multinational corporations in the US, Europe, and the Middle East on strategic planning and merger integration. More recently she has focused exclusively on nonprofit organizations, serving in a variety of roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Program Director, member of the Board of Trustees, and pro-bono consultant. Rita holds an AB, cum laude, from Harvard and Radcliffe Colleges, and an MBA from Harvard University.
