Tracey was Resolution’s first full-time Executive Director. Tracey previously served as Executive Director of StreetWise Partners, an organization offering unique career mentoring and professional development organization to individuals with multiple barriers to employment. There she restructured, refocused, and improved operations to increase effectiveness and deepen impact; improved methods for evaluating organizational effectiveness; revitalized the volunteer base and strengthened volunteer training, support, and leadership opportunities; stabilized and increased funding; and initiated the organization’s first formal strategic planning process in 17 years to guide future direction and decisions.
Earlier in her career, Tracey served as Director of Employment and Graduate Services at The HOPE Program and held program leadership positions at The Door, Public/Private Ventures, and Seedco. Tracey holds a Master of Science degree in Nonprofit Management from The New School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. Tracey’s passion for international development has led her to an interest in travel and learning about other cultures around the globe to destinations including Fiji, Mongolia, Madagascar, Thailand, the Caribbean, Peru, Turkey, and South Africa. Tracey’s family hails from Trinidad, and she is a proud, long-time resident of Brooklyn, NY.
