Noel Mushinzimana is a Rwandan technology entrepreneur, project management specialist, and youth empowerment leader with over five years of experience advancing technology, entrepreneurship, health, climate action, and sustainable development. He is the Founder and CEO of Panda Planet, a youth empowerment hub promoting digital transformation, agri-tourism, entrepreneurship, and inclusive innovation in Rwanda. Previously, he served as Project Coordinator at We Got Your Back NGO, leading the Green Rising Rwanda Program, which empowered 450,000 young people in climate action, restored 299 hectares of land, trained 1,500 youth in green skills, and mobilized 1,500 Green Rising Ambassadors nationwide. Noel is a Mandela Washington Fellowship alumnus and holds a Bachelor’s degree in General Nursing and a Certificate in Integral Ecology from Italy, Rome and is a UNICEF Gen U Global YPAT.
