Nisha Saxena is an attorney at GE Capital Treasury, and is part of the GE Treasury – International legal team. She works with GE, external and counterparty bank counsel, as well as GE business teams to provide legal advice on cross-border funding, credit support, cash management and other Treasury matters. Prior to this, Nisha was legal counsel, Asia Pacific, for GE Capital Treasury; legal counsel, GE Capital India; an associate with Vedder Price and Zuckert Scoutt & Rasenberger; and an adjunct professor at the Washington College of Law. Her practice has focused on various regulatory matters and commercial transactions. Nisha graduated with a BS with distinction in International Business from the University of Minnesota, and a Juris Doctorate with honors from The George Washington University Law School.
