Niki Evansingston is a freelance consultant and founder of Zenenvirotech, Incorporated, a non-profit organization that focuses on: increasing nutrition security, spearheading undertakings that preserve the environment, and ensuring economic equity for low-resource specialty crop farmers. She is also the co-founder of Evansingston Farm, a business established to create healthy communities via sustainable agricultural practices and naturally grown food.
Niki earned her B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and her M.A. in International Business from Webster University.
Niki’s experience and knowledge span a diverse spectrum, ranging from non-profit management to food security implementation. She has twenty-two years of experience working with community-based organizations and government entities in various capacities, eighteen years of experience with economic development, sixteen years of experience in non-profit leadership, ten years of experience with hunger relief initiatives, and seven years of experience farming and creating markets for farmers.
