Ngagom Monthe Thierry is a dedicated youth and sport educator, trainer, and development advocate from Cameroon. Passionate about empowering young people, he serves with the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award – Cameroon (NAO Cameroon), where he promotes personal growth, leadership, and community engagement among youth.

For several years, Thierry has worked tirelessly to support young inmates, street children, orphans and Internaly displaced young people and women, helping them acquire essential skills for social reintegration and self-reliance. Through his commitment to education, sports, and social inclusion, he continues to inspire and equip the next generation to become active citizens and agents of positive change.
