Mikena Manspeaker is the Director and Acting Country Leader at Enactus United States, where she is leading the organization’s national program strategy, partner engagement, and organizational rebuild. In this role, she is focused on strengthening the Enactus USA network, expanding university engagement, and positioning the organization for long-term growth and independence.
Mikena brings a cross-sector background spanning corporate finance and social impact. She began her career in corporate financial planning and analysis, where she developed expertise in financial strategy, operations, and data-driven decision-making. She later transitioned into the nonprofit sector, dedicating her work to advancing climate action and social entrepreneurship through program management, grant strategy, and partnership development.
At Enactus, Mikena combines her operational and financial expertise with a deep commitment to student leadership and social innovation. She oversees national programming, supports the development of student-led ventures, and works closely with partners to expand access to entrepreneurial learning opportunities. She has played a key role in shaping Enactus USA’s strategic direction, including the growth of new university partnerships, development of funding initiatives, and planning of the organization’s National Exposition.
Mikena’s connection to Enactus began as a student at the University of Pittsburgh, where she was an active team member. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, she now resides in Asheville, North Carolina.
