Mike Dougherty leads the Member Firm Restructuring / Member Firm Standards team for Deloitte Global.  He previously was the Global Chief Operating Officer for 4 years and the Global Chief Financial Officer for three years.  Mike began his 26 year career with Deloitte in Consulting.

Mike holds an engineering degree from Lehigh University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Outside of Deloitte, he is an Advisory Board Member of Chicago Children’s Advocacy Center, which provides comprehensive support services to victims of child abuse and their families in addition to his work with The Resolution Project.

Mike lives in Chicago with his wife (Janet), two children (Holden and Emma) and their dog (Teddy). In his free time he enjoys golf, traveling with his family, and Chicago sports.
