Malvika is a seasoned change management consultant with over 10 years of experience in strategic and operational change planning, communications, impact assessment, workshop design, and facilitation across public, social and private sectors. She has lived in several countries, beginning her career in India as a campus hire at Deloitte, then moving and working in New Zealand, and recently landing in Toronto, Canada. She is passionate about pro bono work and has connected with various not-for-profit organizations, including the United Nations Association of New Zealand and the World Wide Fund for Nature to support a variety of initiatives as a volunteer.

As part of the Resolution Guide Program, Malvika is committed to providing young leaders with mentorship support, advice and ideas as they work towards achieving their social venture goals.
