Lindsey Moore is the Senior Economist for the Asia Bureau at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). She directs development economic policy, analysis and project implementation across 30 countries and leads the Bureau’s Private Sector Engagement portfolio. Lindsey is a Foreign Service Officer who served two prior postings as Regional Caribbean Economist based in the Dominican Republic and as Bangladesh Country Economist. Prior, Lindsey founded InSource, a consulting firm focusing on ethical certification and sustainable value chains. Lindsey holds a MSc in Development Economics from the London School of Economics and a BA in Political Science from Trinity College
