Kenya Reynolds is the CEO and Founder of Kay Reynolds Consulting, specializing in operational functions and strategic planning for organizations of all sizes. With over two decades of experience, including her work as a Chief of Staff, she builds adaptive and scalable systems that empower leaders to move from intent to action. She has a strong focus on startups and nonprofits.
In addition to her professional work, Kenya is a dedicated mentor with College & Community Fellowship (CCF), where she guides formerly incarcerated women on their transition to college, jobs, housing, etc. A proud New York City resident, she holds an MBA and is an alumna of NYU, Clark Atlanta University, and Lasell College.
