Kalundu Maurice is a graduate from Muteesa I Royal University, with Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies, and attained certificates in different fields which include Education for Life under Youth alive Uganda, Village Saving And Loans Associations, Financial literacy, Entrepreneurship Skills, Business Planning, Linkage banking, agribusiness development and maintenance under Heifer International, community Mental Health Therapy By World health Organization And IPT-G under under Strong Minds Uganda.

I have worked with Youth Alive Uganda and the Community Officer, Solar Rays Energy Sacco as the Team leader, and Cluster leader/ Mental Health Facilitator. I am also the founder of Developing Minds Group Ggangu C that is more in Community development, social capital activities, mental Health Therapy and advocacy, Environmental activism saving and loans to community people and uplifting the standards of Youth and women in Massajja Division, Makindye ssabagabo and Wakiso district at large;

I am result oriented and highly dedicated resourceful community development and research professional, with extensive knowledge and experience in institutional development for humanitarian organizations and cooperatives, value chain development, stakeholder engagement, access to finance linkages, public and private sector partnership development research, data collection, establishment and management of rural village saving and loans associations with special focus on youth, advocacy Women & Youth economic empowerment programs and health programs . Over the last 8 years, Maurice has empowered several rural communities in Uganda to attain self-reliance through holistic community led development approaches while organized in farmer-based organizations. Maurice is an obedient, dependable and self-motivated individual and strongly believes in communities taking a leading role in generating solutions to their development challenges.
